1. Digital Delivery Only

THE STUDIO CASTRO LLC strictly provides digital products, including marketing tools, templates, and ebooks. We do not sell or ship any physical items. Therefore, no physical tracking numbers will be issued, and you will not receive a package in the mail.

2. Instant Access and Download

Upon successful payment processing, your digital products will be delivered instantly in the following ways:

Order Confirmation Page: You will be provided with a direct download link immediately on the post-checkout confirmation screen.
Email Delivery: An automated email containing the download link(s) to your purchased files will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

3. Processing Time

Delivery is instantaneous. However, in rare cases where a transaction requires additional security verification from your payment provider, there may be a slight delay of a few minutes up to an hour before the download link is emailed.

4. Troubleshooting Missing Emails

If you do not see the delivery email in your inbox within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Ensure the email address entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
If you still cannot locate your files, please contact us immediately so we can manually send the resources to you.
